Just bought the game today, got halfway through episode one and once I paused it and selected main menu, the game restarted. And it did this twice!!!! Does anyone else has this problem??? I really want to play but if this problem continues, I will ask for a full refund..

Have this problem too. I completely deleted everything and am trying to replay for the third time, but I haven't had success because bugs.

I went to the screen where the options are Resume game, Settings, Mail menu, and Exit Game", and all of them start the game from the beginning. I had to hit cntrl alt delete to get out of the game. What is going on? I wish I read this forum before I bought this game. There are sooooo many bugs, it just not worth it .

We are aware of this issue and investigating the cause. If you can answer a few questions, it may help to speed up the process. Thank you.

- Do you have multiple windows logins? If so, do they all play the Walking Dead?
- Do you have any other Telltale games installed on your computer?
- Do you have a custom setup with multiple hard drives? Is the game installed on the same drive as your Operating System?
- What scene were you in when you paused?
- Was this issue experienced on a straight playthrough or have you exited the game and resumed your progress before it occurred?
- Had you tried to pause before, or was this the first time? Was this the first time you played the game since installing it?

- If you do a search on your computer for "prefs.prop" (without the quotes), how many results do you get? If less than 3, can you please tell me where these files are located?
