walking dead - can only play demo
I downloaded the Demo of The Walking Dead on Xbox360 and played through it. I liked it, so I clicked 'unlock episode 1' and downloaded it. Went back to play it later and when I choose 'Episode 1' it only lets me play through the demo again, and then says I should unlock Episode 1. I try to do this, and it says I've already done so and prompts me to download it again.
Any ideas? I'd love to play the 'full' Episode 1... which I paid for... |

Can you please navigate to your System > Storage and look in the Walking Dead and tell me what files are in there. This is where downloaded game content and saves are kept. You should have a short list of files, maybe only 1.

After playing through to the end of the demo where you either escape town with Chet and Shawn or Shawn and the officer, it sends me to the purchase screen and Episode 1 prompts me to "buy." I have already bought it and would like to play the game I paid for. I haven't bought the remaining four chapters and obviously won't be able to do so until you resolve this issue for me.
