Default Episodes Coming Soon?

I am having some issues with the app - I understand that episode 2 is available (I am unsure about 3 and 4), however on my phone it still says episode 2 is coming soon. I have all the latest updates for the app and have tried reinstalling it on my phone but this hasn't helped! Any ideas/suggestions for how I can fix this?

Please try shutting down the game application, make sure you are logged into the account you used to purchase the Walking Dead, and then re-launch the game. When you do this, you will see a black screen for a few moments. This is normal as an update will need to download. Afterward you should be able to download episode 2 from the in-game episodes menu.

I have the same problem as Bella points out. The fix Matt tells us to try does not fix anything.

Come on telltale, when you finally produce something that is great and can fix that bad reoutation of yours you screw up on the distribution part. I will give this a cople of more tries before I ask itunes for my money back.

Well it fixed itself somehow. I have no idea how. I turned off the iPad some six times. Turned off the app, turned it on again, shut it off. Removed it from my iPad and redownloaded it. Turned it on and off some 10 times more.

Now it's downloading so lets hope it goes all the way to 100% so that I can play the game.
