PayPal being a PITA - now Telltale follows!

I've just tried placing my order fro Sam & Max Season 2 again; the PayPal transaction seemed to be successful but, when I hit the 'return to merchant' button, I receive the following error: -

[COLOR="Red"]Error:

We are unable to perform the selected action. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Error Number: SIT_000002
[/COLOR]

So does this mean my order has disappeared into the ether - how can I download Episode 1? I've not received an order confirmation via email.

Hate to follow up to my own post, but received email now (but it's still 'Payment Pending') but it says 'boxed shipment' which is rather odd - I thought these things were downloadable?!

Sorry for the errors but I'm glad it worked out okay. I just checked your order and it seems to have come through fine.

The "boxed shipment" thing is a quirk in DR's system. It doesn't actually mean you bought a boxed shipment. Would you mind forwarding me the email you received that said this? Thanks!
