my question is at the beginning of episode 2 if you leave david travis gets shot
later in the episode kenny gets shot but still lives and travis dies
why? Is it the distnce? i dont know

The spoiler:
a interview with kenny says something like this. "[Gavin] Some of us don't make it... I recorded for most of Episode 5 already and have no idea what happens to Clem. Melissa won't tell me either!" So kenny might die if he doesnt know the ending

I think the bullet merely grazed Kenny on the side, and Travis is shot directly in the stomach.
