I've seen a few videos where Lee has a scar. Where did he get it from?

I've noticed it too and I'm about 90% sure it's from slugging it out with Kenny in the train instead of talking him down. Especially because my Lee doesn't have it because he talked Kenny down.

If you let Kenny beat the crap out of you and don't resist, you get the scar immediately. But if he hits you once or twice, but you still beat him, it looks like the scar doesn't appear until episode 4.
