How do I obtain a refund for a game not fit for purpose?
I'm talking about the constant save game problems plaguing people who have purchased the walking dead through steam.
TTG have been aware of it from the start, claiming at one point they had a patch they were going to release within 48 hours, then never did. now they refuse to acknowledge the problems at all. in britain, we have consumer rights, and products must be fit for purpose. This game clearly is not. I require either a working version or a refund. How do I go about this? |

christ, even some kind of save game generator would be sufficient enough. I just want to get this over and done with so I can get on with never letting TTG rob me of my money ever again.
