Soundtrack?

Have there been any developments about the soundtrack to The Walking Dead game? The music in this game is so brilliant. I'm getting very tired of having to pull up YouTube to listen to this beautiful music. I am ready to throw down some money to have a high quality version of the soundtrack.

Please, Telltale! We need this immediately!

I am sure they have not forgot, it's just strange that it's been five months since they last talked about it, maybe it will be released along with the DLC you just never know.

I sure hope so. It's just so strange to me that this game has been out (all episodes) for over half a year and the soundtrack is still nowhere to be seen.

Although I'm able to go on YouTube to find pieces of the soundtrack, the quality is often low and I couldn't help but notice that the song "Armed with Death" (not sure if that's the actual name) is actually cut off and you don't get to hear the entire thing. That makes me wonder if other pieces from the soundtrack are also cut off :/
I've never purchased anything from iTunes, but I would absolutely purchase TWD game's soundtrack in a heartbeat.

As much as this does feel like advertising, i should let you know i have a channel with about 95% of the walking dead the game songs, most being of high quality (With a few mistakes while i edited the songs to sound better) I even uploaded the full version of, ahem, Armed with Death. I call it something else but eh, to each his own.

The whole reason why some of the songs sound cut out, is due to there being a problem with the older version of Telltale Music Extractor (The tool that was used to rip the music). For some reason it didn't rip the entirety of the songs, leaving a few seconds out of the files but the newest version of the Extractor fixed it, so it's all good now.

Thanks Maximus! I'm actually familiar with your channel (I think your profile pic used to be of Lee's face). I used to use it for some songs (mainly Aiming Protection) every so often because it's the best quality that I could find, though that is not to say that I was dissatisfied.

Anyways, I'd still like to pay for the soundtrack, Telltale! ^.^

You can't, i'm sorry. The song's in the trailer, and thus, it's only in the trailer and the trailer alone. Telltale, or Jared, or someone else from the company might have the song without all the sounds from the trailer, but of course, kindly asking Telltale to give us the song is probably just as impossible to accomplish with success, as dreaming about sticking your head behind your butt and then halfway waking up, thinking you can actually do it.
