Default Order/download problem

Hi I purchased Sam and Max Season 2 last night through the online store on the TellTale site. While i was placing my order my browser froze up after i hit the submit button on the final page of the order so i was unsure if my order had gone through. So after restarting i redid my order this time making it to the confirmation page where it says I will receive an e-mail shortly with my download information etc.

The problem is that this morning I checked my bank account and both transactions cleared, but i still have not received an e-mail confirming my purchases and they are still not on the "Your Games" section of my TellTale account page. In fact Season 2 is still showing in my cart on the main page.

So I would like to get a refund for one of the charges to my credit card and get my game downloads. Thank you in advance for your help.

Ringo, I refunded the duplicate. You'll get a credit on your card within 5-7 business days.

The other order looks like it should be showing up on your Purchases page; if it isn't, please send us an email and we'll get it straightened out.
