Weren't they spent casings? As in there was a shoot-out there and it's probably not safe?

I saw symbolism in it. She just came from a very dark experience, and the shotgun shells can represent that there is plenty more danger to come. She's obviously still scared, but Lee's teachings (her carrying the gun) will help her continue on.

The opposite.
She is mostly like she is going on no matter what as she picks up shells for a weapon she didn't have. |

Why did everybody used the cuffs on Lee? I used em on the biter in the chair. Lee wasn't going anywhere.
