Walking Dead iPad issues!!!!!!

First of all, I would like to say I am a fan of The Walking Dead T.V. Show and I think it's awesome that Telltale games made a game based off of it. That being said, I am unfortunately frustrated since I cannot get the episodes to download!
I paid for the package deal to save money, and it says all the episodes are available for download, which is great. However, no matter what I've tried, the best results I can get is 99% for episode two and that took 2 1/2 hours to reach that point! I have done everything that was suggested EXCEPT for taking the game off of my iPad and reloading it.
I firmly believe that I should not have to remove the game from my iPad just to get it to work. If that is the case, then Telltale games has a bigger problem then just a handful of angry iPad users (and by handful, I mean a large percentage by the looks of it!).
Can anyone help me please?

I have the same issue. I bought episodes 2-4 as a bundle and I can't get them to download onto my ipad third generation. It is not the Internet connection because I can surf the Internet no problem and also can download stuff from iTunes no problem. Please fix!!!!! Thanks

I've been trying to download episode 2, 10 times in the last 2 days.
Tried the bullshit that they keep saying: shutdown device, wait, open itunes, try downloading. Always stops at 99% completion then nothing.
It takes forever to download and drains a lot of battery so I'm sick of doing this.
The "keep trying and it might work" is a pathetic form of support.
I paid 15$ for air so far and this is an old problem from the searches I've done...

There are issues with me picking up the cane from Clem in ep.7
Please fix lag too other that it is a excellent game,Thank you.
