Hi,

I am having trouble downloading episode 3 of the walking dead on my iPad. It keeps on saying connection lost. I tried countless times and same results. I have updated the game and I am still having the same problem. I can't download episode 3! It's pretty frustrating.

We are aware of this issue, and currently investigating a potential solution. Please try shutting down the game application and restarting the device. Also please power cycle your router and modem. Make sure you are logged into the iTunes account that purchased the game before attempting the download again.
