Maybe Molly
Maybe Molly knew about the walkers and that was the reason why she left at the end of Chapter 4? Because she was pretty dead-set on getting on that boat; even keeping the battery to prevent them from going on without her.

So both Molly and Vernon were back-stabbers?
 I don't know, Molly left in the early morning, and the zombies started to trickle into Savannah at sundown when Lee and co. were in the morgue.
