Not sure why anyone would think she was going to. The only time i thought any of the characters were going to off themselves was Kenny in the episode 4 in-game footage trailer.

dont worry, i will petition for her death or suicide sometime in season 2, maybe after she has the baby she has post depression and kills herself or dies during the birth of the child(the child is fine but she dies). She will not get away with surviving.
