Hello, I made a purchase on Monday 12Nov2012 and have not received an update on the status of my order. I can provide the order ID and whatever else you need.

Your order has been sent to our warehouse. There should be an update once the order has been fulfilled, but there may be a delay.

Over two weeks and no update. If I knew it would be delayed this long I would not have placed the order. Tell me who to PM the order ID to.

I looked up your order based on your email address. Your order shipped on the 26th.
