Default Any guitarists out there?

After being completely moved by this game more so than any other game, book, or movie I have experienced, I have become determined to learn 'Take Us Back' on guitar. Is anyone willing to help me out possibly creating a tab? I can't read notes sadly. I'm also trying to learn Chuck's song that he always plays on his guitar, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

chuck's song "spirit healing" by the way is Em and Am with a few bass notes added on throughout. and then somewhere in the middle it goes to C then Em and Am. and loops back to just Em and Am. and all the chords and arepeggiated without the e and b string played on the 3 fret for some of you folks out there that do play those chords like that
