Glitched?

So, I bought the Walking Dead game three nights ago at Walmart for 30 bucks, it's got all 5 episodes on it. I got it for the Xbox360. The game seemed to work fine at first, with only a few glitches during the cutschenes here and there. It only happened for a second or two and it wasn't all too frequent, it didn't impact my gameplay either, so it really wasn't a big deal, but upon starting episode 3, during the replay, it would freeze really bad and wouldn't play at all. I restarted my Xbox but it kept freezing in the same spot. After restarted SEVERAL times I finally got it to load the episode until restarting the train. Everything would work until I had to use the control pannel, then it would freeze up after moving the second set of switches. I had to restart it several times again to get it to go past that part. I was able to finish the game with minimal trouble after that, only a few glitches here and there, but after trying to replay the game again it froze on the loading screen and wouldn't go past it at all. I took the game back to Gamestop thinking maybe it was my Xbox, having had issues with it before, so I spent another 20 having to trade it in and purchasing the game for my Playstation instead, because I enjoyed the game enough to buy it a second time. (I didn't have my receipt so I couldn't just return it.) I'm having the same glitches here and there and I'm only on episode one. It hasn't been really troublesome but I'm afraid that what happened to it on the Xbox is going to happen again. It's obviously not my system! I'm wondering if this is a common occurence.

Also, can you please let me know what type of xbox you have (original, slim, arcade, pro, etc...), the size of your hard drive, how many storage devices you have connected (HDD, usb flash drive, MU) and how much free space you have available on each drive.
