Unhappy Needs a fix or a refund

I've had The Walking Dead game for many months now, it's unplayable, gathering dust in my library in steam waiting for a fix that is simply not coming. I've tried fixing it myself, wasted way to many hours in doing so. It's not my fault it's broken, it is yours Telltale Games.
I am here officially asking for a refund. If anyone could please direct me to where I should go in order to get my complaints addressed, please do so. Or if you're having similar issues and feelings as I am, add to these complaints below and hopefully start getting some answers. Thanks

Refund or a fix for me. My saves having dissapeared half way through episode 4. I spent about two hours last night trawling through forums attempting fixes. Game breaking bugs are NOT acceptable for modern game design.

I bought the $24.00 version of The Walking Dead back when only episode 1 was out. Every episode is out now and I still can't even download episode 2. Does anyone else have the problem? I've tried everything and my internet works fine. It would be great if you can email me a way to fix it at seamunkies1@gmail.com. If it doesn't work I want a refund. Thanks!

add to the complaints shit where do i start.

i played and downloaded eps 1-3 no prob. quit game. next time i go to load game i get stuck after you 'click to start' the game just freezes there "not responding" so i close it out.

so now i read about changing compatibility to 98/ME and now i can actually get to the main menu......but i have to re download eps 2 and 3 again?? so i do! go to download ep4 to finally play it and it instantly jumps to 99% and stays there for ever. i close out to try again and what do you know, game freezing after i 'click to begin'.

telltale has some great games but piss poor customer service. i mean even if they dont know how to fix it at least tell the community 'we dont know whats wrong but atre working on it' i mean anything. i dont even care about refunds if they dont fix this shit they wont get another cent from me in the future thats all.

i as well bought this game and played just fine for 13 days then it wont load and says my telltale account does not hold a license for this game...customer service gave me ideas to fix it but they did not work...i also would either like my money back or fix my game...i love this game and would like to continue to play it ..... please help
