GAME FREEZE: Ep 1: Motel with bitten lady

Hi guys,

I brought the game yesterday and been playing through.
However the game freezes in episode one at what i assume to be the end of the motel sequence where you are talking with the lady who was bitten. Right after she asks you for the gun.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anyway around it?



I am playing on MAC and my specs are ok and meet system requirements.

If you are sure your system specs meet our guidelines, than try rewwinding 2 checkpoints and replaying to this scene. Please note, that if your video card is integrated and/or low on memory, you will experience issues such as you've described.

Thanks for getting back to me. I also have a ticket going with support but yet to get to the bottom of the issue. I believe my computer meets all specs. Below is my specs from an error report TWD spat out at the loading screen.

This is straight up B.S. Apparently, this is still a problem. I can't even finish the fist episode because of this bug. Is there a fix? I need one now.
