Question May I Have a Refund, Please?

I have waited several months for a fix for the save game issue in The Walking Dead. I've followed how-to's from the community that haven't worked, and have patiently awaited a fix that never came. The forums seem to indicate that it isn't necessarily an issue on my end. Would it be possible to have my money refunded? I purchased through Steam, is there a particular procedure for getting my money back?

Except for contacting your credit card supplier and trying to get your money back, I don't think there is any other way.

I just called my bank, explained that the product I purchased was known to be defective and that there was no available support for the problem. They mentioned that I would need to contact Steam and that they would put the purchase "under review". It doesn't look good though. Does Telltale Games have people to read these forums? I'd really like their help here.

You can get a one time refund from Steam if you contact their support and ask for it. Do not get your bank or credit card company to withdraw the money or this will lead Valve to disabling your account along with all the games on it.
