I'd like the moderator or someone who works at Tell Tale Games to explain why I don't have the option to install a retail version of The Walking Dead to my HDD. I do not like to run the game off the disc...running the game off the disc adds wear and tear to the system. Every other game in my possession allows me to install to the HDD, so why is this game any different? I didn't even know this wasn't allowed until AFTER I had already taken the plastic wrapping off the package, so I can't even get a refund through Gamestop because it was opened.

I'm pretty disappointed by this, Tell Tale Games! I waited a very long time for the release of this collector's version, and this is not how you treat paying customers. It baffles me that the games are available to DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL TO YOUR HDD if you purchase them individually online, but not if you have all the episodes on a plastic disc.

Unfortunately this option will not be available on the retail disc version of the game. I apologize for the inconvenience.

i have the collector's edition and it glithes on my xbox 360 s. its the gears of war 3 custom 320 gig xbox and i am having problems trying to play the game. i got the game for christmas and was wondering how to get the code for the whole season. i have the proof of purchase still but not the reciept. is it still possible to get the code?
