Hello,

I have payed for the second episode of the walking dead on iOS.

I have an iPhone 5 and had no problems downloading the game with the first
episode, after buying the second episode about 2-3 days ago, I have been
trying to download it, it is very very very slow, and for about 15 attempts it
could not even reach %10 also it looses connection some how, last night
it reached %99 and just stopped for about 2 hours, I have checked the connection
and it was perfect, my Internet download speed is 50 Mbps, so it is a problem from
your side, I had to close the game and rerun it again, it started downloading
again from %0.

So, could you please refund the £2.99 you have charged for this episode? I think I will never
be able to download it.
