Default No Title update in Australia

So I have waited for a year for this game to finally come out here on XBLA and of course I finish eps one and two and starting 3 boots me back to ep one.
I tried all quick fixes nothing, I played through again after deleting my data and nothing.

then I read about a 'title update' well there is no title update at all so there is no fix. I'd like to see some support.

In a possibly related thing I noticed Ep's one and two have normal info about the game but eps 3-4 the ones that wont launch have the ERSB warnings (which aren't valid in Aus). Could it be a version issue not allowing the ep to boot?

Default not happy

So I downloaded the first 4 episodes yesterday, with no warning that theres issues about playing this game. I played the first two episodes and thoroughly enjoyed them. Then i went to start ep3 and it reverted me back to the first episode. Like a tool I tried a couple of times to play 3 even DELETING my save to maybe try to get it work

So I deleted all episodes re-downloaded them again and played through the first two episodes to have the exact thing happen again.

I cant play episode 3 and when i just think bugger it ill play 4 the screen goes black.....thats it!



Then I come on here and read theres supposedly an update that Australia must not have yet.....I feel ripped off

Why would all these episodes be on Xbox market place if theres an issue? Why would you let people pay for a game that DOESNT WORK!!!! If you cant tell Im a little riled up, was looking forward to this game, I even downloaded that crappy Ipod version that was laggy and impossible to play

Exact same situation for me, after going through the first two episodes twice, each time the game dumps me back to the beginning. Trying to skip forward to episode 4 or 5 results in a black screen or another ep 1 reset. I haven't been prompted for a title update either, so I guess they haven't pushed it to AU Xbox Live yet. Can someone from Telltale confirm a timeframe for the update? Very, very frustrating

Same problem exactly... Except I like the iPhone version.

I've purchased Episodes 1 to 4 via XBOX Live Marketplace (Games on Demand). I've played through the first and second episodes, then when I try to play the episode 3 it just sends me to the first episode, overwriting, of course, my data file.
A Title Update that fixes this problem has been mentioned and it's said that is has been released.
I haven't been prompted the Title Update even when I log on XBOX Live and start the game.
So I can only assume that there's no Title Update in Brazil too.

Of course there are no replies from the staff.
Your lack of support is well known, but I still purchased the game because the comic series are great, you can only thank Kirkman about it, seriously.
If you won't bother replying/updating on areas that aren't North America or Europe, then you shouldn't bother selling it there too.
If a good is broken why would it be for sale?
You took my goddamn money now I demand you to fix this.

Default Bad Product don't buy right now people

I can't play episode 2 or 3. I kept reading that only 2 wouldn't play. So I thought I'd try for 3. I don't make enough money to waste on something like this. I'm giving it another week and then I will complain on every outlet I can find. Either refund people their money or fix your product. Don't release games that have these kind of issues make sure it works before you sell it.

They say they are working on it (I don't buy it)

While you wait forever until they fix it, you can do this:

"1. once you complete chapter 2 and the credits are done go to your stem memory options...DO NOT START THE NEXT CHAPTER

2. delete chapter 2, NOT YOUR SAVE

3. delete chapters 4, and 5

4. reload the game and start chapter 3 SHOULD load it fine

5. when you complete chapter 3 and the credits are done delete chapter 3 and redownload chapter 4

6. rinse and repeat "
