As stipulated on the Claim Redemption Form, it can take up to 4 weeks to receive your codes.

I'll have to wait 3 months to play after buying this shit? This is not a pre-order, dammit!

They are too busy to solve the the shit they did. Still do not believe it all. Honestly, Telltale should be processed because of all this!

Default 4 weeks? Seriously?

So my nephew, who has Downs syndrome and doesnt understand incompetence and greed, has to wait up to 4 weeks to play his birthday gift? I am astounded by this issue, between the sheer volume of games already paid for that don't work, and the fact that you can't get a refund or exchange where I purchased the game, the customer (who is supposedly always right) gets taken advantage of. I sent my email 1 week ago today, and I've received nothing. The responses from this company are a joke, and the only way we can make sure this doesnt happen again is to not ever spend another dime on anything they make.

They put on the form that the delay may be 4 weeks just to not have to worry about this problem for 4 weeks.

After all that has happened, they should be dedicating themselves more to this problem, I thought they were going to do that, but no, they got worse service.

I've had enough of waiting, and now I accepted that the code will not arrive. But I learned something from it, I learned that Telltale is worse than companies that launch a game and next day a DLC, I learned that instead of asking for more money as these companies do, Telltale robs you!

And good enough! Never buy anything from this company! I'm sick of it!

I just had the same stupid problem with the retail disc happen when I bought the game today. I attached the photos they wanted but instead of downloading the form I just entered all the info they wanted in to my email, so I am probably going to get a disappointing email back from them.

Unhappy Am i ever going to get my codes?

I am really frustrated. I submitted for the codes for this game weeks ago since my version was hitching on my 4g xbox. I waited FOREVER to get the game in the first place and now I am waiting on this. Can anyone help? Telltale never emails me back and no one seems to help.

Your frustration is understandable. However, the claim form states that it can take up to four weeks to process your claim from the time Telltale receives your completed and valid redemption form and documents.

However nothing. 4 weeks is absurd, and frustration doesn't begin to describe this situation. What other company has ever put out a product that failed on such a grand scale, yet continues to tout the product without any consumer warning, THEN barely acknowledges the mistake!!!! The, after we jump through all their hoops to get the problem fixed, they tell us 4 WEEKS before we receive any sort of fix. If you count preorder time, that's 4 months for some of us. And worst part is we have no recourse, I bought my copy at GameStop, which will not give you an exact replacement of what you bought, WHICH IS ANOTHER DEFECTIVE COPY OF THIS GAME!!!!! Great job Telltale, way to really stand behind your product and put the customer first.

I mean, a responsible company at least sends an auto-email back when you submit a claim and lets you know they received it and reiterates a time frame. I am concerned since I have not even had a "hey we received this and we are working on it" email. You think that would have been smart and good customer service???
We are all being treated like we are out of line for being frustrated and concerned, but the reality is that if you had issued me an immediate refund and forwarded me to purchasing it on xbox live, I would have done it. Now I am not going to purchase any products from this company again. You guys should fire your who marketing team, this is pathetic.

4 weeks is insane. Does your company realize what people actually accomplish in 4 weeks? I'm sure like everyone else I actually accomplish quite a bit at work in a month yet you guys cannot even manage to respond to an email addressing a massive mistake your "company" made. Do everyone a favour and next time you are about to release a game, don't.
