I am stuck in the pharmacy office. I have gone to every item several times and still cannot leave or do anything else. Please help.

I'm assuming you're having problems getting the locked door open, so here is how to get the pills from there. While in the office, pick up the remote. If you've gone to go help Glenn, you should a picked up the axe and kill the zombies there. Come back and go outside with Doug, aim at the tv's with the remote, then Doug will get the tvs to turn on. Look to your right at the guy who's laying there. Break the lock with the axe. Pick up the brick on the ground and throw it at the glass in front of the tv's. Go to the guy laying there (your brother), kill him and get the keys. Go back to the pharmacy with the keys and open the door.
