the general structure of the face is similar but the most distinguished thing about omid are his abnormally huge eyes which Barney doesn't have.

Noses are different
Eyes are different
Hairline and hair is different
Ears are different
Skin color is different
Jawline is different
Eyebrows are different
Chins are different

Really I dont see similarity here

While we're on the topic of Half Life, my sole purpose for trying to keep Mark alive was his resemblance to Gordan Freeman.
