Lee getting bitten was my happiest in this game

Going into this games all I knew was that the game was good and had a very sad ending. By the second episode the game was living up to the hype and I was convinced that TellTale would kill off Clementine at the end.

I spent some time in between episode trying to conceive scenario that was sad but leaves Clementine alive. Best case was finding Clem's parents or parent but bitten, sad but both Lee and Clem survive and continue on their journey. Lee getting bitten was an acceptable outcome and of course anything happening to Clem would've been the worst.

In episode 3 when Lee awoke and found a zobified Clementine trying to bite him. I didn't bother mash the A button, I felt so crushed and was about to turn off the console when it was revealed as a dream. That plus Clem doing more more dangerous acts and my constantly growing apprehension just cemented furthered my belief that TellTale planned on killing Clementine and placing the fault on Lee and by extension Myself.

At the end of episode 4 when Lee was looking for Clem and was in the back alley a sudden rush of relief swept threw me and took me a few second to realized why. Clementine's precious item placed before heap of trash. The whole scene was screaming "LEE GUNNA GET BITTEN" and when he did I nearly cried tears of joy knowing that Clementine would at least live threw this season.

finally someone who didn't bother smashing the A button as well in the RV. I didn't want to see her brains... you know... can't and don't want to imagine that. I can't tell you how happy i was, that it was just a bad bad bad (...) *10 minutes later* ... dream.

It's a very strange reaction for the ending. But you right, game would was more sad, if Clementine died instead Lee. But if Clementine would died instead Lee, the second season would be something like Max Payne, I mean feels of main character. It would be intresting I guess.

I was pissed Lee got bitten. I wanted Lee and Clem to be together, I wanted to keep protecting Clem. But I do agree, I would rather see Lee go than Clem. And I didnt press A either, I was going to stop playing but thankfully didnt and discovered it was a dream.

That didn't happen.... Though, I wanted them both to make it. Though when We started episode 1 In the first scene I said to myself: "This dude gonna die".
