Right after i finished case number 3 i noticed that my mouse cursor would flicker and controlling movement was nigh impossible because the screen would move to the left or right and that's it.I am also unable to select any menu item like move to location select/collect evidence.The game worked flawlessly up to that point. I have uninstalled the game played right through to the end of case #3 and exactly the same problems occur.Would be grateful for any help.

My pc specs are

Vista 64
8gig ram
Quad core
Nvidia 9800gt 512mb DDR3

I have the same problem with my Deadly Intent CD as well. I get to the start of case 3 and it won't let me open the case. It goes to a black screen and then goes back to the menu....

Did you find a solution?

Any help would be appreciated.
