Default No option to unlock TWD (Telltale version Mac)

I downloaded The Walking Dead game last night onto my Macbook Pro and played through Episode 1. When I went to download the next episode I saw that episodes 2-5 were listed as "Coming Soon". So I decided to download the PC version onto my PC to see if there was any difference.

When I opened my PC version after clicking the "click to continue" option and it asked me to unlock the game with my telltale username and password, thats when I realized that my Mac version does not ask me to unlock the game.

Anyone know how to fix this?

About your Macbook Pro:

Did you already log into the game once before starting Episode 1?
Do you have any other game from TTG which you logged into before?

Further, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

You try creating another Useraccount on your Mac and running the game there. If that works we can try to narrow it down.

I am also having the exact same issue on my mac as well. Was this ever resolved? When I go to "get" the episodes it indicates that they are purchased, however I am not sure if this is synonymous with activation.

I can try to download the "purchased" ones but they either time out or the entire program shuts down.

I never got any feedback on whether it was resolved.

I suggest you try my semi-automatic download workaround.

Thank you for pointing me in that direction. One quick question...

I ran the script in Idle. The directions indicated that the episodes should be downloaded into individual folders "e.g. walkingdead102". Where are these folders located? Downloads? Or within the patch files?

Thank you so much for the help and the script

If the script (TWD_Json_Downloader.py) is in Downloads/, then the downloaded Episodes are downloaded to Downloads/WalkingDead102 etc.
