Spoilers! Is Hans Moleman a McCain supporter?

I not making this a debate but did haRRYs' line "I in it to Win it" in the latest episode sound like a Hillary Clinton insult to anyone? I just was curious, because that is what she said when she entered the race.

That was actually a reference to Titus Macchius Plautus.

I'm surprised more people didn't get that; I thought it was obvious.
