I can't get anywhere in episode 2, I need to be walked through it. Someone please respond to this and help me!

What do rabid animals usually look like?

They foam at the mouth.
Sam isn't good and generating the foam himself, but maybe he can get something that'll do the trick?
Use the shaving cream on Sam.

If you don't have it yet, you will have to try and buy some off of Bosco.
Oh no, Jimmy stole it, and drove away with his skinbody pals. You'll have to get it back.
Chase Jimmy in the Desoto and after you win the minigame, you'll get the shaving cream. Time to take it back to Bosco!
Bosco's so happy, he gives you a reward - a can of shaving cream.
