Help! I can't buy Surfin' the Highway!
I don't know what I did to tick off the Telltale Store after months of faithful service, but I just can't seem to buy stuff there now. I've tried repeatedly over the past 2 days to purchase Surfin' the Highway and nothing works. PayPal gives me a "Payment Authorization Failed" error; my credit card gives me a "There was a problem with your order, please try again."
Now, not only have I been trying this for 2 days, but I just bought something with PayPal on eBay and it worked fine. So I don't know what's going on here, and it's driving me crazy. I definitely don't want to miss out on the hardcover Surfin' the Highway over something as stupid as this. It's even more Hellish to type in my billing info EVERY SINGLE TIME I make an attempt. Does anybody know what's going on? |

You're getting a "Payment Authorization Failed" error now (which is different from what was happening before). That indicates that the bank isn't letting us charge your credit card. Sometimes it happens because (for example) the billing information was entered incorrectly, but in this case it could be because you've tried so many times and the bank thinks it's suspicious. Could you contact them to ask why they aren't allowing the payment?
