Default activation server down

As I type this, I am unable to complete online activation of any Sam N Max games:

ERROR: HTTP_RECEIVE_ERROR

You push people to piracy by not having reliable authentication servers.

PLEASE FIX YOUR SERVERS.

I know, we're working on getting this fixed. I'll post again when the problem has been resolved. Very sorry for the inconvenience!

The server seems to be working again -- if you're lurking and have been trying to unlock your game, please try again! (And post here if you have any problems.)

Sorry again for the trouble, and thanks everyone for your patience as we got the issue resolved.

Yep - all working again now. Thanks!

I must admit, whilst I am totally not in favour of any type of software 'activation', telltale are both prompt, polite and efficient in sorting out any problems. For that they are to be commended.

Cheers,
cjb
