KOT'S castle
how do I get to go to the king of town's castle? I got the icon earlier but I can't get it back, cause I never took the time to put it on the map earlier, and I can't get the icon back!!!!!

Sounds like a bug. I thought whenever you open the map after getting a new location you HAVE to place it (with the exception of the unused locations in the field, which just show up somewhere).
