Billing for Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People Complete Season (PC Version)
Hello,
I recently bought the complete season for Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People (PC version). While paying for it online, I was asked for my Billing Address (something I was not asked when I had previously bought Sam & Max Season 2). I typed in what I THOUGHT was my Billing Address, but apparently it wasn't. I kept pushing the Proceed button after my Credit Card number was processed. I kept getting told that my Billing Address was incorrect. I called my credit card company up for my billing address, and I was told that I had recently bought this game 3 TIMES! I went back and put the correct billing address and was successful with my transaction. I have been able to successfully play the entire first episode. I am worried that I might have payed for this season at least 4 complete times now. If I have payed for the Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People Complete Season (PC Version) more then once, is there a way we can fix this so I only paid for this games' season once? According to our records you have only been charged the once and that is all we have collected. It does show that it was rejected 4 times which might show up on your card and look like charges but they are just authorization attempts and should disappear soon. If not let us know by sending in an email to support@telltalegames.com
