I think you're missing a couple, or just counted wrong. Lemme check the H*R wiki.
[edit]Yeah I checked, 34 if you count all inconsistencies including ones that are similar e.g. Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 15.2 — Strong Bad translates The Cheat's prank call for Marzipan, although Marzipan has been shown as being able to understand The Cheat's language, most notably in Date Nite and Halloween Potion-ma-jig. Additionally, Strong Bad claimed that he can't speak The Cheat in the email cheat talk.
