I found the Give it All You Got! poster and the Free Home Delivery sign and got Sybil to come to the White House. I can't find the third sign for the Schools and Religion question. Where is it?

D: I'm not good with hints. I look for a really deep meaning that really isn't there, such as a play on words or something (Which I just did). Is it near the White House...?

Actually, unless I'm mis-remembering (it's been a while):
It's not already on the stack of cue cards, but it's on an identical-looking cue card inside the Oval Office.

You're misremembering
The stack of cards in the Oval Office is actually not used in solving the puzzle, but it's funny to get Lincoln to say some of the lines.
