Hi,

the 31/5 i made an order for the Sam & Max Season 1 + Bonus CD and i've not received any email confirming shipment żit is normal? Thanks

The disc hasn't shipped yet. You'll get an email confirmation when it ships out, I think it'll probably be today. (International packages don't go out every day, and nothing ships out on the weekend.)

I have an email in to the warehouse to find out what's going on.

If they haven't gotten back to me by tomorrow, we'll just stick a Season One DVD in the mail for you. (And you'll probably get it faster than you would if they'd sent it, anyway!)

The warehouse claims it shipped on June 2 and that some bug in the system prevented their notification that it shipped from updating in the customer service system (which sets the status to "complete" and prompts the shipping notification email to go out).

I'm going to put another one in the mail for you just in case, but please post here and let us know if you receive the one they sent. The return address will be in Minnesota (the one I send will come from California).
