i have the all collectibles in each group,but what are the musical moments and expressions of affection and how do i get these things

I might have the "musical moments" thing. In extended play I played the 2 records that I had at club technochocolate and all of a sudden had 3... I think (I'm going back to do it) that if you were to play all of Bubs's and Strong Sad's records at the club (including pom-poms, which is a gimme?), I'd get em. I dunno though. Ill repost if that's it.

Yeah, I had the same thought too. Club Technochocolate is locked off during the band battle. I also can't get the records in extended play so that's out too. There must be something more to this than the turntables. Maybe I'll try messing around with what's left of the bands.

On a releated note, playing the records at the club will get you a game manual page. Though how exactly the page was hidden is still a mystery.

Yeah, The Mary Glass is obtained by touching the dead fish at the pond

You get two Musical Moments by playing the records left over from the Two-o-Duo sabotage, and another for talking to Strong Sad over by Strong Badia.

I'll edit this if I find more.

EDIT: Still haven't found them, but I did find some other amusing stuff. It is very amusing to have Marzipan sign a glossy for Homstar, and if you talk to Homsar in Extended mode, you can control his pitch and tone using the wiimote by aiming it up/down/left/right.

No, it's just anyone expressing affection. You get one from looking at the pond in extended play.
