It would be granted, but a jillion probably isn't a real number, and even if it was, there's not a jillion dollars in existence and your money would be counterfeit.

I wish for a perfect sandwich that's not poisoned, won't crush me, won't spontaneously combust, or do anything to hurt me, and that I can actually EAT it.

Just as you polish off the sandwich, a sandwich vendor shows up at your doorstep demanding you cough up cash you never knew you owed him. A frantic search through your pockets leaves you two cents short. The vendor is a psychotically impatient man, and proceeds to thrust a bowie knife into your back just as you turn around to go hunting for stray pennies between the couch cushions.
