not really he didn't give them any answers really just enough so jack would take the role as the jacob.

...he explained why he brought them all there. Fair enough he didn't start going "so the CV's on the blast door map refer to 'Cerberus Vents' which is how smokey gets about" because that would just be shit

everone knew that from MiB's lines and the lighthouse and cave he just had to explane enough to them so one would take the job. Even Hurley and Sawyer remark on how he never says anything and is "worse then yoda".

I liked the lost ending and also disliked it , It was the Island itself that intrugued me , why it was there how it was created etc and In the end the show isnt about the island its about the people themselves and how they lived ect, but even so the fact that their spirits were all hanging around in some alternate reality dream waiting for everyone to die so they could cross over together to me just seemed like an excuse to end the series in a Cheesy 'Group Hug' moment.

If you edited all of Lost to work in chronological order with all the backstorys uptill jacks death you'd be shouting at the Tv for explanation, and then just get given the 'heaven waystation' scene (that to me seemed very similar to the southpark episode where all of the dead celebrities are waiting for michael jackson to accept his death so they could all 'cross over')

As this final series progressed I was getting more frustrated with each episode as they werent really answering any questions, I knew not to expect anything from the finalie and as my expectations were low it just barely passed the bar for being an acceptable finalie.... Im just glad they didnt go with the ' Aliens did it' excuse Its cleary egyptian like, my personal theory back in season 3 was, it was the orginal 'garden of eden'

Anyway I think I'd like a Lost Movie in the style of The Mummy/Scorpion King to give us an explanation of why the heart of the island was so important.

There was a "deleted-scene" shown in the Comic Con this year.
Any thoughs on that?
I thought it was pretty childish. Allthough I appreciate the ability of the writers to laugh at themselves, That doesn't change my opinion about the series. Aweful.

Screw the haters, LOST is superb and those who hate it are the people who completely fail to understand the meaning of the show. I hate Doctor Who but I've never felt the need to post about it in that thread. You don't like LOST? Good for you, why post about it in a LOST thread? Don't you have anything better to do?

Heh, you do realize the entirety of the first series took place on Earth and or on a Spaceship in orbit around Earth? :P I joke, I joke. In fact, if I had to place why I've liked teh show so much recently is it has become very much like Lost with it's long-standing arcs and unresolved questions.

People are allowed to put their opinions in the thread. In both this thread, where the show is done, and the Who thread, where the show is on hiatus for another month, any discussion is better than no discussion.

Ha, he's such an idiot. I watched the entirity of the first five seasons looking things up on Lostpedia and more or less completely spoiled and still think it's a great show.
