Custom issues
Hi there.
I ordered the Sam&Max 2 Goodie Box, probably some weeks ago. When it arrived 2 weeks ago (sorry for not informing you earlier, but I had some difficulties with my internet connection), the OST packaging was in very bad shape (looks like someone played Cricket with it) and the customs charged me way too much (Custom invoice: Value: 46,70 Euros, Taxes: 8,87 Euro). Although my Paypal invoice says I've only paid 34,63 Euros. I hope there's some way to retract that issue. |

The value on the invoice is different than what you paid due to the 50% off sale that was going on when you placed the order.
Can you find out what customs would have charged you if the value had been listed as 34,63 Euros instead? Hopefully it's not a huge difference and you saved more than that due to the sale, but if not, let me know. |
