Default Monkey Island Preorder Coupon Code

Can you please make it possible to use the coupon code for Texas Hold Em? I've already bought all of the episodic games.

On a related note, can this coupon code be used indefinitely? I want to save it for Telltale's next inevitably awesome product. >_> Not really sure what I'd do with it now.

The coupon should work with Texas Holdem. I just tried one on it and it did discount it down to $0. If you do try and and it doesn't discount you, or you end up getting charged $8.95 for it after checkout then email support@telltalegames.com and let them know your order # and coupon code and they should be able to clear it up.

The coupon itself does expire, but not until June 6th of 2010, so you have about a year to use it. Aside from that it's a one-time use thing, so once you use it then it's done unless you decide to buy Monkey Island a second time.

Yeah, I tried adding the coupon when intially creating the order and it seemed to take off the price but then it went back to not doing anything at all after entering my billing aaddress. Speaking of which, the billing address should really be kept on file and autofill...

Edit: Aha, nevermind, I do see it deducting it under grand total a little farther down. It just looked like 8.95 went from 0 back to 8.95 because the display of the totaql is different on the final screen.

In a perfect world that's what we'd do, but keeping customers' info on file that way opens up a new level of liability that we're not quite ready to accept. So yeah, for now you have to enter it again whenever you order. Sorry.

Apropos: Is there a way to (retroactively) apply the discount to a full season?
I.e. I've bought the first episode of Wallace & Gromit with it, but would now like the full season. Can I buy the full season without part one? Or alternatively, do I still get the DVD at the end of the season when I buy each episode separately?

(Sorry if I am asking stuff that's already been answered elsewhere)

We're going to be offering an upgrade for Wallace & Gromit that lets single episode purchasers get the full season for $26. With the Monkey announcement we haven't been able to get it done yet, but it's on the to-do list and should be ready soon.

Default Can I use my coupon code for Bone?

Is it possible to use the coupon codes for the "Bone Download Bundle", containing both games? Or even for one of the Bone episodes? I just tried it, and it didn't seem to take off the discount. Should the discount show up before you have to enter credit card information and process the order?

Thanks in advance.

The coupon only works for an $8.95 episode. It can't be used to get a discount on bundles.

I've tried to use it on single Bone episodes as well, but the discount doesn't seem to show up on the screen before I have to process the order. I'm just a little hesitant to enter my credit card information as it's asking me before the actual discount is showing up. Should it show up before that, or does it only show up once the order has been processed?
