I stayed up and finished 4 pictures,which probably made up a "series".I think this "series" will go on as long as I have enough spare time.
Unfortunately,as the end-of-term exam & TOEFL is approaching ,I have to stop painting for at least a month...
Anyway,I feel so lucky to have the chance to come across this epic thread and meet so much amazing artists!

As an average senior high school student,I haven't got any professional painting training,so I really hope someone can point out the defaults in my paintings which I couldn't figure out

I wish I could say more about these and talk about the wonderful new contributions, but I need to make this fast since I gotta go somewhere. I'M SORREEE!!! (Apparently everyone suddenly wants to party before classes start next week. >:T)

I decided to color a sketch from a while back for no real reason:

And also one of Adorable Little Pirate™ from my scrapbook:

(I tried to imitate the coloring of the concept arts a bit more as practice for authenticity, but since it was a spontaneous sketch and I didn't plan ahead for the lines, that made it a little more difficult)

I looked at the recent posts before i put this up and i realized that i have nothing on these guys. but here it is anyway. (I would appeciate any suggestions/insults so that i might get better

The only thing that doesn't look like it belongs to Guybrush is the face. It's a little too muscular and I'm not a fan of the eye positioning. I also find his hook and hand a little small. Sorry, I really shouldn't be criticizing your work as I am no artist. A good contribution to this thread anyway, Bloodnose!

i appreciate it alot. i did notice the face being different but i was too lazy to change it.
