At the risk of taking a joking comment too seriously -- Gov. Phatt really annoyed me as a character. He's a very irritating red herring at that point in the game. I remember being sure, the first time I played MI2, that there was something I was supposed to do with his food machine -- jam up the alarm, move the tube, I dunno. Otherwise why would the elaborate feeding tube machine even exist? What's the point? Oh, great, it's just to make some cheap fat jokes. They could have done a lot better than that.
