I live over in the U.k, will the bonus disc work in my computer fine, also is the bonus disc offered in the store any different to the retail season disc (Besides the cover?)

Yes, the Season One retail version sold in the store is different. It doesn't have all the same video (most notably, the team commentaries or blooper reel). Also, the video can't be played in your DVD player. On the flip side, it comes with a poster.

Telltale Season One bonus disc will work fine in your computer and in your DVD player. It's region free.
