I know it has something to do with the spray can and the graffiti and messing up Specs graffiti, but what else do I have to do? Does it involve the parking meter, the van, what?

I talked to Sybil, and all she said was to knock out the soda poppers, which I already knew.

Hint 1:
You're on the right track with the spray can. Notice how messing up his graffiti makes him move around? Try to position him in a spot where you can easily knock him out. Hint 2: (When in doubt, look up!) |
