Your poll has the tendency to be confusing.

Does it mean should Telltale release the episodes individually (as is currently not available), or should Telltale have used the episodic format at all?

Anyway, I assumed the former, and I do think you should be able to buy the episodes individually.

I strongly agree that the polls title is ambiguous. From the posts, it is obvious it is meant to mean the former. I read the poll and voted before reading the posts, however, and assumed it meant the latter. If many other people did the same as me, then the poll doesn't really prove anything.
