1. A Special Note About Children

Children under eighteen years of age are not eligible to provide personally identifiable information or purchase products on the site at www.telltalegames.com and services. We ask that children not submit information to us.

2. About Telltale and Information We Collect

Telltale develops videogames and provides an online community, as an internet services provider, related to videogames.

In our online registration form(s), we ask you to provide us with certain personal identifying information including your name. address, phone number, and e-mail address. In addition, we collect credit card, and bank information from those who wish to buy products and services.

At your own discretion, you may choose to post additional facts about yourself in your registration and your profile, such as your occupation, level of education, and game interests, etc. In addition to standard business contact information, American individuals and companies signing up for Telltale's Affiliate Program must provide URL information for their website(s) and a social security or Tax I.D. number.

In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information such as your IP addresses and email addresses. Many sites collect this sort of information. We may tie your IP address to your personally identifiable information. If you choose to post messages in our chat rooms or other message areas, we will only display such information about you as you choose to reveal.
