Inapp purchase of multi-pack problem

I purchased it on my ipad air but it didnt install and the restoring also doesnt do anything. Switching the ipad off for some minutes or ending tasks does not help either

    • I have same problem. I purchased one separate episode and multi pack long ago when Walking dead Season 1 was released, but when today i tried to re-install this tis neither restoring nor showing those messages which are mentioned in your blog post. In the process of trying those mentioned steps i accidentally bought 2nd episode (Starved for help). I need refund of that and please give me proper steps or patch over your application to solve this issue. Please i am a big fan of your games i have already purchased Walking dead season 2 and Wolf among us. Please help me on this so i can be you forever.

        I apologize for the inconvenience. You should be able to follow the original purchase path that you used to first purchase the game. (ex: if you purchased the Multi-Pack, please go through the steps to purchase the Multi-Pack again, and do not try to purchase the Episodes individually.) Then once you are prompted to purchase the Multi-Pack, after you enter your information, you will be alerted that you have already purchased that item, and you'll then be able to download it again for free.
